I didn't follow the details of that lawsuit, but the SEC generally doesn't go after someone merely "to make themselves look good."

Why exactly has the price steadily fallen from two and change? It must be those corrupt market makers. This company has one final pump and dump left in it. It is obvious that if the sham hemostryp could pass the FDA, the PMA would have been filed many years ago. So filing the PMA will signal the death of the company. The fools who buy in and don't sell on the pump and dump will lose their shirt. Meanwhile, the jokers holding this POS are letting a bunch of con men use their money for nothing in return but the promise of a final pump and dump that certainly will be put off as long as possible so this gravy train ride will continue as long as possible, The gamble here is that the SEC doesn't shut this zero revenue scam down in the meantime. That is all obvious.
