#91533 RE: buysellrepeat #91528

I'm not sure what you're disagreeing with. The point I'm making is the resoning for the CE initially was the article imo. This led to the promotion tag, which led to us being vindicated of that allegation once it was proven mgmt was not connected.
Then, during that "routine " investigation, the company was asked to validate it's shares, which they did and both were resolved in November, (see my sticky post).
Then things seemingly went off the rails as the OTCM has a policy, (which can be found on thier website) ,that even if a company is found not to have been involved in the promotion, the CE can remain until "shareholder concern " has subsided. This is imo thier catch-all to keep companies on CE to destroy them aa no publicly random article should be the primise to shut down and entire company. The company should be simply required to make a public statement refuting the article and that should be that.
Instead,we get this BS, which keads to endless posts trying to guess WHY the CE is on when it should be disclosed by the OTCM itself, full stop. But they won't do that because that will box them in to ONE initial allegation and when proven fake, they would be required to release it.
As for lawsuits, there have in fact been many, some of which have been won. But many young companies, especially with the loss of thier market cap cannot afford a protracted legal fight and give up.
In our case something nefarious has happened imo. The posts over licences is a clear sign that if true, the OTC steeped outside of it's jurisdiction. Violated sovereignty amd possibly other things trying to acquire them.
Thing is TXTM doesn't use or own them.
They reside outside TXTM therefore outside of what the OTCM"should" be validating.
Even if that were not true, there has been clear "scope drift" by the OTCM. You can't dig eternally even expanding your investigation into other corporations.
All that being said, my point is as long as the CE remains, justly or not, the company is incurring damages, all of them either directly or tangentially, including the reputation of Dr J. Himsel which causes injurybto all his companies Also customers, potential customers, even market makers.
The OTCM is acting like a rouge government oversight entity, with unlimited powers which it is not.
We will see soon enough if I'm correct.
