Sorry, “Promised Land” tweet Friday before the July 4 holiday and Sharp had his 8-K that exposed it wasn’t promised land and Calasse issue on no merger was only buisness days apart.

He had to know the Promised Land was a calculated tweet with the truth in the 8-k written and reviewed by lawyers at that time with only days away from posting.

Clearly, he miscalculated

I believe as shown it was a calculated deception

I've said before that the "promise land" tweet was terrible and I think GS knows it. Clearly, he miscalculated on the duration and impact of the Calasse litigation on WNFT.

What you say about "miscalculating" about the "duration and impact of the Calasse litigation" is way off.

The timing of the "promised land" tweet goes against what you are saying. It was very suspicious

The "promised land" tweet was sent right before the Calasse appeal was made public. He must have known already and should have known better. Plus when questioned about it on twitter he was unapologetic and doubled-down and said there was nothing wrong with his tweet.

I'm long WNFT but I think Sharp's "promised land" tweet was intentionally misleading (I called it the very same day) and has hurt his credibility along with all the misleading statements he made about not reverse splitting GRDO, not refiling GVSI's Form 10 like he said he would, the GVSI "merger discussions" tweet and having to admit there is no merger candidate in the most recent GVSI quarterly report, among other things.

The name change is the promised land and we are now ready to entertain mergers.

Then there is the infamous press release:

https://www.globenewswire.com/en/news-release/2022/07/08/2476600/0/en/Worldwide-NFT-Inc-Provides-Shareholder-Update.html

With the completion of the company’s name change and forward split, WNFT is now awaiting the conclusion of the court proceedings with former officer, Warwick Calasse. Mr. Calasse has appealed the lower court’s rulings regarding the cancellation of shares, previously issued to him, to the Nevada Supreme Court. While the company is confident that the rulings will be upheld, it is unlikely that the company can enter into any acquisition or reverse merger agreement during the course of this litigation. As such, no such transactions can be deemed to be pending.

How is putting everything on hold "the promised land"?

Then he tweeted this basically blaming shareholders for believing him:

Also, you all knew about the Calasse appeal. Why would you not think that it would affect negotiations? How can a merger take place when the share structure is not certain? You all need to take a breathe and think before you hit the "BUY" button.

Sharp's credibility has taken a HUGE hit lately.

I personally don't believe anything he says unless I can verify the information through other sources like court or regulatory agency documents.
