TGGI On January 31, 2023, Trans Global Group Inc. (“TGGI,” or the “Company”), was informed by FINRA that its 1 for 1,000 reverse stock split could not be approved at that time. On September 19, 2023, the Company decided to abandon such corporate action until a later date to be decided.
