I agree that in theory, waiting two months for FINRA doesn't guarantee that it's bad news, but it would actually be preferable that Sharp didn't submit the request immediately and we've only been waiting a few weeks instead.
Basically the longer the wait, the higher the potential is for bad news.
And if it was just FINRA or just share cancellations I might dismiss it as minor, but the fact that both have been delayed is more meaningful, IMO. Like you said, SRNW submitted proof of publication and scheduled the hearing over a month ago, so it doesn't make sense that GVSI is stagnant as it is the exact same process.
