Arnie, see post #35886

Best of luck to you! I really hope you get the chance to dump LLBO.

My recommendation: look at the chart of every Custodian ticker. Here's what I see: a PPS spike on hype and hope and pumping, followed by a PPS drop back to pre-custodian levels because the new owner of the ticker is a garbage company. I think there have been one or two fluke custodian cases where the new owner was crypto or weed or some other hot commodity, but in an overwhelming majority of cases, the time to sell is when the ticker spikes BEFORE the new owner takes control. That's why these custodian cases get pumped so hard -- the pumpers know the PPS falls back to earth shortly after the spike.

IF LLBO gets back to Pink Current, there will probably be a spike. I recommend VERY strongly that you sell that day. The PPS will drop back down afterwards and you can buy it back if you like, but wait long enough so it's not a wash sale.

I assume you accept that Cyrcadia is dead and the iBra is dead and Rob Whatsisname is long LONG gone. IF Currier manages to sell LLBO, the new owner is not going to have anything to do with Cyrcadia or the iBra (or whatever it was called last).

Again -- best of luck. One last word of warning: if your broker decides not to let you sell LLBO, you need to take the IRS loss THAT YEAR to avoid filing amended returns.
