After 15 years of conservatorships in 2012 the Feds wanted to "Wind Down" the GSES and today they allege that they want to "prepare to exit the Conservatorships."

I think I CAN speak for everyone here, we are sick and tired of hearing these so far, worthless opinions as the value of the jps shares have not materialize as of yet either!
