Poor you, everything is public record - court documents, monitor's reports, SEC filings, FINRA.
You can make your false claims all you like, the facts are public knowledge at this point in time.
I've asked you several times, if it's active in real life, not just 'active' on paper - Who are the current directors of the company that holds your "safe" & uncancelled shares.
This should be an easy answer for an "active" public company.
There are no directors, that's what the court documents say - they were terminated.
PWC was the last legal signing authority and they have since been discharged.
SO Biowin - it's not an optional question. It is a fact = a legal requirement.
You can harp all you like, it does not change the legal requirement for a corporation to exist - public or private.
You can answer it or you can keep sitting in the corner sulking. Research it! Debunk it! Prove I'm full of it! I'm right here waiting for you to prove me wrong.
