Someone is trying to push this again with a big bid prob to get as much out of this push from the pr this round as possible or possibly to test how much resist between 8 and 12 and support and interest into possibly when the next pr will come out since the last one was the first possible rev one they have had and the possiblity of production needed to support the pr and to the lay the ground work for new prs and other revenue streams coming on board
