Yman. Thanks for bringing that up I'm impressed how bright you are noticing the date of the ticker, to bad you're weren't bright enough to notice Bret's been screwing you for years and your investment is worthless.
Its no secret that between the financial crisis of 2008 and some frivolous and unwise litigation filed against the companies and me by the State of New Jersey the companies were placed in receivership and the shareholders and I lost our total investments. However, unlike Bret who could care less about the shareholders certain shareholders and I acquired one of the technologies from the receiver, redeveloped the other, assigned them to NewCo and set aside an equal percentage of the equity lost by the shareholders that will be proportionately issued to them once registered with the SEC. Not to worry about my shareholders their doing just fine and in fact anxious to invest in the $5m offering.
I'm not sure if you forgot to mention or if you didn't want anyone to know but as you know after fighting the litigation against me for NINE YEARS the state settled with me by me pleading to the misappropriation of $500 out of $10m I raised, the court fined me $155.00 and dismissed all the other allegations against me. I know you'd like to think that Bret would never misappropriate $500 but like everything else you think it would probably be wrong. Either way my shareholders are sitting on 2 very valuable technologies in a company with no liabilities while you're invested in a company that as we know owes at least $400,000 to the State of Delaware. CORRECTION....You're not invested in the company because it was voided by the State of Delaware and no longer exists.
The moral of the story is if you are going to attack me you better be right because unlike Bret that has folded like a deck of cards I do not give up, just ask my shareholders or the State of New Jersey.
