I agree it should have passed last year. I don't know of many stocks that the stock price is pretty much in control of what the Senate and Congress do. That's why I've said repeatedly, good new is our friend and charts provide little predictive value on this stock. I do think we are at a precipice and we should see something favorable by year end.
