What do you mean? They were pretty transparent on the way forward and also started the share buybacks program this month. I don't want fluff ORs each week to make me feel good. I only expect news when there's news worthy of communicating.
The last otc trips buy back I was in the guy bought a few hundred shares and diluted billions. Then the SEC was overwhelmed with complaints about the guy and he ended up settling with them. His ticker rose significantly for a couple weeks and then died.
