quikfix, I emailed the TA Thursday,
haven't received a reply yet, I'll try calling them Monday. I've looked at all the filings, and so far the OS looks like the split adjusted 1+ million shares. Yahoo shows this, but pinksheets shows the pre-split number of OS, the recent Q shows the new numbers, as you point out, so I'd say the OS is what's in the 10Q.
I checked the New York Secretary of State site, and it shows the corporation as 'active' with the officers listed in the i-box. There is no Resident Agent shown, though.
Interesting play, maybe 'emulwa' will be able to get in contact with the officers, a call to the New York Secretary of State may get him their contact numbers, or try a white pages search on their names, glta!

got a return email from the TA today,
but they did not answer my question about the share count. I sent another email back to see what I have to do to get the updated account.
American Stock Transfer is still the TA.
I am not sure if I have to have an account with them(?) to get the numbers, never heard of that before, normally you just call a TA and get the numbers if they aren't gagged.
I'll let you know what they send back when I get it.
