The economy took a downturn since the merger. I can only imagine it has been harder for them to raise the outside capital they were seeking. I am in the dark as everyone else for the reasons of delay and silence. I just don't believe this is a scam as some lay claim to. No action has taken place to show this is a scam. Silence is not proof of being a scam. Something is happening behind the scenes and they must now be getting close to revealing it.
