They have 30 days to finalize and I believe that that time limit has past. It did not say that it had 30 days to put out news about it. I would expect that they may mutually agree to extent that time if there were a sticking point or two. I expect that news will be sometime after they get there ducks in a row and determine what they want to divulge. It is obvious that MWR and crew are tight lipped and wait to the last possible minute on everything.
