I already established they had likely sold all their equity interest because they invested pre IPO and it skyrocketed to 15/share in 2014.

No one w a brain held beyond the announcement of the bankruptcy which caused the share prices to go to .01.

The reason Naxos isn’t on the creditors list is because they weren’t a creditor. Creditors are those who loaned the company money. Naxos bought stock in some of the offerings the company did to raise money.

That excerpt you keep going back to was debunked in 2020. Naxos didn’t own BioAmber. That came from this presentation done by a company completely unrelated to BioAmber and its bankruptcy proceedings:

Note the disclaimer on page 24…. In a nutshell, “we think this is right, but it might be wrong…”. No kidding.

You were conned into making a bad investment. The people who told you the company was being bought out lied to you and took your money.
