I respectfully disagree. IMHO, I think we were given a CE for other reasons and not because of anything the company did or did not do.

I am confident the company responded to all questions asked by the OTC. Now I think it’s lawsuit time and moving to other exchanges in light of the fact the OTC has yet to budge.

My analogy: you have no outstanding tickets but the DMV revoked your license. You prove you have no tickets yet the OTC does not change the status of your license. You have proven your case ad nauseam. What do you do? Go to a judge and seek relief.

That’s my take, my humble opinion. Thanks.
