Well, just looking at the tech of what I think they identified as one of 'their' patents amounts to as an analogy of the process of 1/2 inch VHS tape transport pressure across 5 steel rollers in succession within a plastic enclosure... and how would that be copy infringement in today's literally digital environment?
At some point, T Mobile will likely prove many of the patents are useless and not applicable today... at all. How many of v-p-lm's suits were thrown out because of this very reason? I don't believe v-p-lm makes this kind of info readily available to it's shareholder base.
