You could well be right. An interesting story now is Trans Global Group. They have an AS of 100 billion, and OS of slightly over 22 billion. They went CE, but have returned to pink. What are they trading at now? .0025 bid and .0028 ask. Market cap is nearly 50 million.
Just goes to show that the share structure may not necessarily prevent a big run, and you don't have to RS at .0001 all the time. When Trans Global went CE it went into trips - didn't do an RS. And here they are.
