That is complete BS!

First, the RFI (Request for Information) won't even be completed until next summer (according to one of your buddies). Second, an RFP hasn't even been posted yet (and probably won't be for a long time). So nothing is coming in the near future.

First, the MtheMovement / Kings contract was a 4-year contract, and there is only one more year left. Second, Kings has scrubbed KBLB from their website, and MtheMovement has partnered with another company, so it doesn't look like anything will be coming from that contract at all.

Maybe in your fantasy world but there has been absolutely no evidence of that.

Infact there is more evidence that there continues to be issues as there hasn't been any updates to the hybrids sent to their third party contractor in January of this year.

All we've gotten from the company on that was that production was shut down before the heat wave hit and they are waiting on new hybrids.

It's anyones guess as to what happened to the January shipment because the company ain't saying.

So I dont see how you've come to the conclusion that the bottleneck has been solved.

As for dilution, the filings have all but guaranteed it. The time frame is a guess, the wild card is Kim.
