another bullcrap,otc has never asked them to show a permit,It's not Otc responsibility to ask for permit of any kind from anyone.Otc is a financial body not govt .entity.They could of asked about P&S agreement,and that they don't have.

Near term, per co news & social media I believe TXTM's about the pain med study/trial set to finish end of 2023 and "longer bioavailability" "closed loop" IP Dr J pushed for may be showing well. Hopefully Q1,2 disclosures gave OTCM what they need to remove CE. IMO.
