Ok well then pardon me while I extract from that, lol, a NO vote on buy/no buy, the company. Maybe no one will give me a direct reply and a vote........so, hahaha..... I will TAKE the damn votes, extraction style, based on their OBVIOUS vote, if they weren't so stubborn about it. The TRUTH will not be denied OR veiled. Each AND every shareholder either would or wouldnt buy the company IF THEY HAD THE MONEY and if they WOULD that means something very wrong with the fact no companies HAVE. Can you guess what that "something very wrong" MIGHT BE??? (like maybe bogus patents and zero infringement…?????)........and if they WOULDN'T........considering the vast and untold riches and power that would come with the buy if the patents were "ALL THAT".......shows they already realize, like me, that the patents AIN'T "ALL THAT".

So thankyou for your cooperation! You've been most helpful with your proxy by proxy votes! Ve dun need no stinking ballot box! Your votes are obvious even if you're too shy to vote openly.

So...............thats 2 no votes. You and my vote is easy. And I dare anyone to deny their vote. Lolol. Vplm msg board.... the most entertainment hooman beings should be allowed to have.

Great point. The validity of any of those patents isn't important what so ever, they are old and bygone tech and v-p-lm knows this full well. The propaganda that a patent is viable or worth the paper it's drawn on is the bait to retail traders who don't care about details. The real value to v-p-lm is to somehow get their name on old patents and fight to convince rich companies that they 'own' the shit and it has something to do with their newest tech in some impossible improbable way.

So to summarize in IMO v-p-lm's business plan ...

Convince through P&D's that they own patents and the patents are valuable tech to the trading public to to sell worthless phony value stock to subsidize the company owners and insiders income and minor costs of slogging through defunct patent libraries while ...

... spending some time masquerading as a SEC registered company by just barely keeping up with the required paperwork staying a half step ahead of delisting because they need that stock to 'pay their salaries'.

... in the meantime, advertising and pursuing and suing copyright infringement against every conceivable successful rich company with tech even remotely close to their patents because if they win just 5% of the award from just one out of the 100's they are trying to sue, they will make some money.

Just like my old high school kitchen table top get rich mail order scheme of get rich in gambling pamphlets scheme sent to 10,000 thousand mailboxes. Get back 100 orders for 3 bucks each and you've made money. Volume son, volume. Not content.

Sounds like a plan. And interestingly, this formula works whether a company is trying to market fried chicken lips or patents. Why reinvent the wheel, when you can just change the 'product'. v-pl-m forever!!
