I have no history with this business or any of the participants. I am currently not employed to bash this stock but I am hopeful that status changes. There could be a lot of money made of the short side of this once they split it because they will need to raise cash flow just to service the new obligations. Notice that while most regulation "A" offerings have a time frame of a year this this one is open ended. So it will hang over this stock for the foreseeable future. Traders selling the news always because they know the company is selling shares.
