OMG what are you doing????

You see these guys are struggling and you just won’t let it die, despite no hope whatsoever. Everywhere you turn- just nothing.

Shameful.

More misinformation from the chief fabricator…
You know full well that all that was left over from the liquidation was some inventory, raw materials, some spare parts, and some contracts that nobody wanted to assume. It was all described by the monitor in one of those pesky factual monitor’s reports:

https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/car/bioamber/assets2/bioamber-047_010319.pdf. (Pages 12 and 13)

That’s it, so quit pretending that anything significant was left over.

So, what’s the end game, here? You guys know by now that every bit of regurgitated BS is going to draw a response, and the little narrative that “people still calling out our BS means that good things must be coming” isn’t going to last much longer, since we all know that these good things are never going to come. As fascinated as you might be that people still believe the lies that were told about a company shut down 5 years ago being resurrected out of nowhere, there has to be an end game, every half decent con artist has one. You guys going to just shrug and tell your marks “well, dang, I guess we were wrong, it really was liquidated and shut down,” or do you think you can string those folks along forever?

It is a fascinating case study in confirmation bias and human nature, they don’t want to believe they let you guys con them out of money, so they still listen to the “hate the bashers (who told the truth)” thing and ignore that you’ve been dead wrong about everything.

Thanks for pointing that out ie!

They did say it could take up to 5 years under the CCAA proceedings and then there's that confidentiality word AGAIN.
