The only thing I know for sure is I find shells all the time trading between 1-2 mil market caps and we have here a company trading under 500k MC that had revenues of nearly 500k last year.
I'm not sure what their up to here but imo it will not take much to see 003+ and if anything substantial hits then who knows how high we fly
