Again, I cite RDGL updates and financials and draw obvious conclusions. To date per RDGL, those critical controlled animal studies (that should have been done years earlier) haven't been submitted. In fact, MK has stated more than once his intention to submit those with the actual IDE application, aka a Hail Mary submission. While I find it hard to believe someone would spend this much time in pre-sub discussions only to throw caution to the wind at the end, that is what MK says he intends to do.
What else am I to conclude?
