Absolutely.
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't there a deadline, for August, that came and went for the financial transaction
and transfer of assets to be completed. IMO, until this deal is completed, this company dead in the water.
L.B needs to come clean and give an honest assessment as to where the company stands.
I'm getting tired of saying " oh well maybe next quarter."

how come your are turning against this stock after supporting it for long time. You probably sold your stock and wants to buy at a lower price !
