Magistrate role is to render a decision (s) on the CCAA file and discharge the Monitor. In the USA, Chapter 15.

ONLY the BofD could change the articles of incorporation/by-laws to cancel the shares and dissolve the corporation.

Delaware Secretary of State dissolved the entity due to compliance guidelines, n'est-ce pas.
