Although i do agree that a miniscule portion of folks are born with genetic anomalies that warrant action, the majority is simply a byproduct of;

1) Garbage parenting
2) Broken education system
3)Too much tech in the hands of simpletons.

Lost folks seek shelter anywhere they will be accepted, regardless of any consequences!!!
