I agree with your guess stating an otc.qb listing may happen if the nasdaq listing is not attainable.We must consider that any international audit is a nightmare, then throw in an asset like gold which fluctuates in value daily and affects the value of the company.In any case we need to get this debacle behind us and move onward and hopefully upward.
