Don't be so hard on yourself. We have all been humbled by the self declared encyclopedic knowledge, infallible (flatulant) postings, and prophetic (pathetic) certainty of the all seeing (seething), all powerful (powerless) NYT. Having tangled with this force (farce) of nature personally, I understand anyones hesitancy to post what we mere mortals mistakenly see as facts and useful information. Our only crime here was foolishly forgetting that there is only one arbiter (ankle biter) of truth on IHUB. It gives one pause when contemplating hitting the submit button on a carefully crafted post that will with certainty run headlong into that fierce school marm persona and rightly be the recipient of a targeted finger wagging and stern Tsk Tsk Tsk or worse, God Forbid! I'm going to hit submit now and cower in a corner in anticipation of my just and well deserved punishment.

I'd have to say you are being a bit hard on yourself. Any posts going to developments are helpful and I thank you.

Having said the above, I get most of my info/nuance through conversations with a number of folks.
I probably communicate text/talk with 5 or more folks per day, when slow. When busy, it's a fulltime job...

Do as you will, I appreciate the effort... I feel VPLM will be done before Xmas and we don't get to court...wishfull thinking, maybe.. Hope I'm correct! Be well.

I have been a fool posting court hearing minutes, zoom call hearings, etc. I’m not going to waste any more time bothering to post the updated Judge’s schedule for this suit…..

That is disappointing but I can understand why. Your posts were appreciated by most of us that are here for the right reason. There is way too much bashing going on that takes time to weed through looking for anything relevant. I hope you re-consider.
