Again, review the court docket and you will see ANOTHER court date days before the last filing. There was no settlement, there was no increase to pay in common shares. This would be insane to do. The reason was the conversion. Full stop.
To keep referring back to may as the end is simply asinine given in the notes of the last filing dated last month is clearly says cases ongoing that is present tense. The only reason people are jumping to this conclusion is the amount of the conversion of class a shares is nearly equal to the settlement amount. pure coincidence
