Well, I somewhat agree with you.
In the end, .45 six years ago DOESN'T matter... any more than the current PPS does, and all the ups and downs in between, really... other than for flipping.

What matteris is the sale of the patents, which is somewhat your point.

Where I disagree with you is when you imply that the successes along the way DON'T matter.
But they do.
Without the interim successes, we wouldn't be able to get the final one.

I'm not holding my breath thru all this, just trying to enjoy the ride, and anticipating the possibility of a very NICE end to it.

.45 six years ago means absolutely nothing. If the company were viable the share price would be significantly higher if the infringements are as claimed by the CEO. Get back to me when the company gets financial judgements that are in line with these but don't hold your breath. The FACT is that the company has received $0 in financial judgements, even after many on this board have talked about a settlement with AMZN and other court dates that were supposed to produce some of these. Results matter!!

The results are in progress, just keep an eye on the fillings. I have no idea why you can’t see we are in the best position we have ever been in. I have been here nearly 10 years and have never seen us in such a good place with a good team working for us. What we end up with is anyone’s guess, but I believe it will be many times where we’re at today, and I believe it will be soon. Keep your eyes on the fillings.

Not only that but that .45 was just a fluke basically that was based on major outside pumping and the IPR news and it lasted what ....about 20.seconds? Lolol. It did take it's time going back to crap again. About a month if I recall. I caught a small part of it I think. But even if I had been paying attention to it I most likely would not have sold at 45 cuz I woulda waited for minimum of 50. Peeps here were betting it would sell anytime soon for as much as 25 billion. It was a riot to behold.
