These small trades can be seen if you have Time and Sales info which is usually on a 15 minute delay unless you pay for Level 2 then it's realtime

Market makers serve many functions if they are even present, some OTC stocks don't have dedicated Market Makers .....

some of those small trades could simply be adjustments to the share count as the day progresses and at EOD (close) you might see a small order applied to the Sales column as an adjustment
