Hurray!!! I have been hoping that Nasrat was going to coast by without a CFO until we get the revenues to be able to afford to hire Carter back!!!!

Very happy to see this!!!! Stability in a CFO and a guy who wanted to be here and kept our financials straight.

I think it also gives us insight into Elite's near-term future. If Carter's salary isn't too high it will be because he has a sweet, sweet share deal that will let him benefit from the upcoming sale of the company.

Thanks for info on Carter. If he didn't sell his 5 million shares, isn't he again considered an insider? I think then a form 4 would apply if he gets an option to purchase additional shares in the future. If so, the price should be at least 10 cents.
