The 2022 Annual Report was filed on time so nothing else needs to be done to remain OTC Pink Limited other than filing the 2023 Annual Report within 16 months of December 31, 2023 - that is by April 2025.

That said, another of the top traders in this has already heard back from the CEO regarding other filings happening soon - as already posted earlier.
