To expand further....Could be great financing during a time of expansion and great company events.

Could be not so great financing at a time of nothingness with nothing going on.

Could be something in between.

The point is we don't know. And anyone saying otherwise is like I said earlier......trying to scam someone.

The one thing we do know is? There will be financing.

No one knows except for the company when and at what those terms will be, and even they may not know right now. That is why I say to trust no one on this board, including myself. No one really knows except for BDPT management at BDPT World Wide Hq's.

They have the same terms as before, 200K, which means that if the stock moves higher, share dilution will be reduced. However, if they announce another new round of financing next quarter, it won't be effective for the next 6 months. I'm only planning on sticking around here beyond the end of the year if the next earnings report meets my requirements. Furthermore, I also need to see how they execute their business plan, their performance with patents, the success of the spin-off, and any potential partnerships. Any of these news announcements could likely drive the stock up by hundreds of percent. Instead of grasping at straws, I've decided to wait for the news.
