No and no. It's a court website, so the only things that are "wrong" are filings that were made improperly by one of the parties. That can happen, but they have to fix it promptly or get in trouble with the court.
The court posts all filings by the next day, so the website doesn't post filings late. The filings themselves could be filed late, but the quarterly report was filed 8/7 for the quarter ending 6/30, so it's been over a month.
Nevada Rules of Civi Procedure state that proof of service must be filed within 21 days of service being complete, so waiting over a month to file is egregious.
At this point, the lawsuit can be dismissed with regard to everyone except those that have been properly served on the court website. The website shows that proper service has been performed for David Butkis, Stuart Lane, Pamela Garton, Jeffrey Cohen, Eastern Asia Group Limited, Phil Bradford, and the Koenig Grandchildren revocable trust.
Unfortunately, it has been voluntarily dismissed for Phil Bradford, Jeffrey Cohen, Pamela Garton, Stuart Lane, Eastern Asia Group Limited, and Peter Voss.
That means that the only defendants currently served with process are David Butkis and the Koenig Grandchildren Revocable Trust.
No proof of service has been filed for Robert Sullivan, Craig Waltz, and Paul Carlin. The deadline expired in July, so we will see if they request another extension and provide proof of service or if they simply dismiss those defendants.
