If you read what I wrote, I quoted the part you underlined and explained why it is incorrect.

If you were self aware, you'd realize that this is a losing argument. If they were personally served, there would be proof of service filed with the court. If they were served by publication, there would be an affidavit confirming this filed with the court.

The two largest shareholders, that own 280M shares of GVSI, have not been served according to the court website.

I don't care what Sharp says in the quarterly report, in a tweet, or during pillow talk... The court website explicitly shows that service is not complete.
