Not sure. Cannot get as far on the site as u did. Looks like a name change. Maybe from Veemost to Veemost Holdings? I'm not sure how it was originally. It could be nothing. Could be good. Certainly not a bad thing.

So, based off this one can theorize that OTC responded towards the end of their allotted time frame requiring a change in the naming protocol. Now Veemost has entered the change with DE as OTC requested and likely has replied that such change is complete. Hopefully, OTC concludes the name request now in a timely manner.
