Hmm...not a great way to start off an investor confidence essay. How do you really feel?
As for mitigating risk I've been watching a van down by the river which may be available (No roof panel. Solar heating and natural AC), but this is Florida, and we have a lot of water so I'm biding my time as they could be asking way too much for the ran flats already on it. Dunno if it's as bad as you make out, but I think they would be hard pressed to find a cheerful crowd here from 2018 or later, unless it was a newbie from a couple of days last week or those of us that said, when a penny flipper is saying he's selling and is wrong, well, then get greedy sans emotion.
