$SFLM has published its report for 2022 already for which it has received the "meets the requirement" annotation.

So the next timeframe would be to publish the 2023 Annual within 16 months - which would be April 2025!

We can safely assume that the 2023 Annual will be filed in April 2024 and that it will be done to the same standard and therefore receive the "meets the requirement" annotation again.

In any event, I and the other main traders in it expect to see it get upgraded to OTC Pink Current long before then anyway.

There have never been any grounds for $SFLM to go the Expert Markets.
