Gotcha...thanks for the explanation. Seems like the plan has changed over the past 2 years which is not all that surprising. We were set up to get the equipment installed and start production. I'm sure the equipment is in place now but there is really no movement on getting things started rather the opposite. I wouldn't be surprised if this goes into '24 and we still aren't producing.....I'm happy to be surprised if it happens quicker!
