80% of NYC office space is now vacant. Yet everyone’s working and making money and apartment vacancy rates are extremely low and rents at the highest levels of all time. No one needs an office to make money these days. The new people here, patents and share structure, DD, all look good. The chart is really nice. Albeit anything can happen at any time. Who knew China would or could get away with building bases in Cuba…just an example. But with this chart, there’s no valid arguments any more about virtual offices in pinkland. Pinkland has been cleaned up. A good chart now is a good chart.
