....Mr. SWAMI: I believe the FDIC paid out BANK creditors......while the BK TRUSTEE paid off HOLDCO/uwbi creditors...............

....dunno why we don't get paid out, before the RECEIVER terminates, except that maybe we want to wait for the FDIC to get more recoveries that will go to us......that is my belief....................

.....also, the judge over-seeing our LIBOR/sterling cases, set an approval hearing date for the Deutsche Bank settlement agreement at 11/24/23 with a wink and nod...........to me, this means the appeals court decisions are expected and the judge threw a date way out - - to make sure the cross appeals are decisioned.......so there are many folks trying to END THE LIBOR nightmare.................which ends our nightmare, hopefully soon with big bucks......................

.....in reality, we have UBS by the balls, for hundreds of millions, in total and we net about 12.9%, after legal fees and the plaintiffs' splits........plus the $3.75 per we already have in recoveries to date, plus the $5 per, we have on deposit from the holdco sale residuals.......$8.75 per going in to the LIBOR portion - - ??)........

.............no hurries and no worries..............slight worries, but we ain't got any alternative but to wait.........with OPTIMISM.........(and getting 5.36% accruing interest on the holdco holdings)........
