Only if the Ceo decides to not do the RS. We only have the September date and sooner the news the better but it still seems like a catch 22 until the Ceo is clear to shareholders about the Rs. I think he does it anyway. Unless news on fda is announced and price breeches a buck. He would then have to speak up. Risky hold. Imho glty
