This is very true however most real funds dont want to invest that low, its really much more difficult to find 1M than it is 10M out there. They have the right structure and now that the summer duldrums are over, I think you will see a big spike here in the next few months.

I think that $1M is enough to become more self-sufficient but they should get as much as possible to maximize production in the shortest time.
