was in this a couple years ago or so
when it popped over .20 a few times.
granted the SS was less,about 200mill OS but now at 457mill this is still a VERY low SS in the otc and at .0013 it's just waiting for a push back to pennies. once money starts flowing in the market again this'll be a gimme.
