Hey Walter, Do you know someone named Jef. Caers?

I was doing DD as usual on basically everything to do with Minerals and Exploration and came across this video where at the 15 minute and 15 second mark up popped a Document which had the name J. Caers at the top.
He is also in the 2nd Video (first speaker)
Just curious if you know of the individual? Me not knowing if Caers is a popular Sir Name in Belgium/Netherlands, I suppose you may not know the individual, but I have to ask anyways.

I was quite interested in what the speaker was talking about in the video
