I think once again Walmart is the problem. Walmart is now the worlds biggest toy retailer. Even ToysRUs is having trouble competing.

Even when I was a child it was traditional to take children to FAO Schwartz to look at toys for Christmas.

The parents later bought the toys elsewhere at a lower price.

It's amazing they survived this long with that business model.
